I've just had the most wonderful Customer Service experience and I wanted to write a review so that other customers can avail themselves of the great service from this branch.
I first went to them last August when i bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 which they set up for me. After 6 months I decided to go back to Apple as I didn't like the Android system.
I have now bought the Apple iPhone 6 Plus, buying it outright, as I did the Samsung-spending a large amount of money in the process.
I had quite a few problems with my email address from Talk Talk and being a 75 year old lady, was completely stumped.All the staff in your Ipswich, Ransomes Way, branch have been wonderful, especially Alan Claypole.
He spent more than three hours helping me and wouldn't give up until he'd got me up and running again.
He was knowledgable and knew exactly what he was talking about, which is rare in shops nowadays.
Please pass on my grateful thanks to Alan, he's a credit to your company!
